Terry has extensive finance, operations, and information systems experience with over 40 years’ specific experience in business performance improvement, process reengineering, strategy assessment, performance measurement, change implementation, international financial management, and information systems. He has led numerous successful corporate turnaround, financial performance improvement, and information systems implementation projects. Specific experiences emphasize corporate turnarounds, cost reduction, mergers and acquisitions and reorganizing diverse, cross-border and domestic operations to align with company strategy, focus, and market development. Terry has extensive experience in all aspects of manufacturing, distribution, marketing, finance, project management, operations, administration, and information systems in small organizations, Fortune 100 multinationals, and not-for-profits. He worked extensively, both as a consultant and as a corporate senior financial manager, domestically and internationally, including a management position as an expatriate employee in South America. He has authored articles on corporate turnarounds that have appeared in publications such as Financial Executive, Institutional Investor, and Corporate Renewal. He is a frequent speaker and panelist with professional groups and in academic settings.Terry earned his CPA in New York State (not currently active).
