In the end I was able to lead supplier recovery from being behind on MRP to successfully stocking material in place for just in time MRP needs. The relationship I developed allowed me to utilize supplier build and stock for yearly Q4 Revenue (delivery) pull-ins, totaling $3M in value.• In my career I transitioned several critical assembly builds to internal shops and external suppliers, including international suppliers, saving programs over $7M.• I have experience establishing, staffing and managing an entire department in a green-field startup, creating ISO 9000 compliant procedures and processes from scratch.• I have years of experience working 'behind-the-wall' programs. • My degree is a BSME - Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering - with a Concentration in Mechanical Systems Design, from the University of Texas.• I have years of experience in SAP.
