Tier two field level technician trained and qualified all systems, including; Point of Sale, Check processing (Proof), and Automated Teller Machine systems. Duties included repair and preventive maintenance, installs and/or de-installs, field modifications, and logistic functions to ensure timely dissemination and return of parts. Advise and train customers not only to allow them to get the best out of the systems but to have full confidence that we can fix any problem, whether it is mechanical or quality. I was designated as the person sent to "fix the customer" when problems arose.

Temporary contractual hire to assist the Ohio State Highway Patrol's transition to a new cellular radio system. Primary responsibilities included the fabrication of vehicle radio relay control panels, modifying sophisticated mobile radio systems, radio installation in non-patrol vehicles, and preparing systems for shipping. Completing all modifications and panels ahead of schedule, I took on the secondary duty of monitoring the mobile handheld radio distribution. I designed and implemented a comprehensive database and sign-out system to track over 250 radio units.

Retired Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, serving in many roles and capacities both within the rank and above rank. Initially served as an electronic technician specializing in Meteorological and Navigational equipment working in three levels, depot level, field level, and tactical. Additional duties include project manager, maintenance control, quality control, and training manager. Accomplishments: Led international maintenance trips, maintained and repaired unique systems, installed self-help electronic systems instead of a specialized team, and re-engineering one installation to allow for a portion of the old system to be used. Writing preventive maintenance routines and operator instructions for a new cloud height detection system. Cross-trained in Space Operations and became rated as Highly Qualified as a Crew Chief on Radar, Passive, and Optical systems. Had the distinction of detecting and reporting on 24 launches. Recommended for assignment to selectively manned units, service included: Spacetrack Analysis officer on two systems. The second of which I designed and implemented a comprehensive program that allowed for precision space object tracking analysis and operator performance evaluation. This program became the standard for all Air Force passive tracking facilities. Selected to Plans and Programs, I oversaw the system scheduling and Quality Assurance (QA). I redesigned and implemented a comprehensive Area Surveillance Plan overseeing a multi-million dollar contract, detecting and correcting several problems. The follow-on assignment was the Chief of Training of a new Air Force Optical Spacetrack Command and Control facility as an E-6 (Technical Sergeant), fulfilling an O-3 (Captain) position. Missing the contractor's training, became a system expert developing training course material to certify operators ahead of schedule.
