Ik ben een betrokken, enthousiasmerend en vasthoudend psychiater en een echte teamspeler. Ik ga uit van de krachten en kwaliteiten vakmensen in plaats van stil te staan bij hun tekortkomingen. Ik zie het dan ook als een uitdaging om mensen weer houvast te bieden en hen te helpen bij het versterken van hun veerkracht. Ik werk daarbij vanuit een integratie referentiekader. Ik heb een brede klinische en ambulante werkervaring en ben goed in zowel diagnostiek en indicatiestelling, alsook in medicamenteuze en psychotherapeutische behandeling.
