Review and revised regional resort infrastructure budgets to align with corporate strategy and pricing.- Assess all infrastructure capacity and ensure that server, storage, security and networking infrastructure is running optimally and according to best practices. - Create and update IT policy and procedures to ensures appropriate control objectives are met for system integrity, availability and reliability, confidentiality, accountability and assurance within the context of the company's risk tolerance.

The 46 hectare resort comprises 1,539 rooms, 23 restaurants, luxury boutiques, and a 17 hectare nautical-themed water park.Reported into SVP Information Technology:- Responsible for the design, support and daily operations of the Atlantis the Palm network, telephony, IPTV, structured cabling, mobility and security infrastructure.- Managed and mentored a team 5 support engineers (3x networking engineers and 2x Avaya telephony engineers).- Evaluate new technologies and manage vendor support contracts.- Plan, design and implement infrastructure projects to ensure business needs are met.- Monitor daily support calls to insure problems are resolved within agreed SLA. This data is used to create summarized report for weekly update and strategy meeting with SVP of IT.- Technical escalation point for all high priority infrastructure problems.- In charge of daily operations and maintenance for corporate ip telephony and mobile management systems. - Responsible for optimizing guest high speed Internet access system and Wi-Fi experience.- Setup, manage and remove network infrastructure and cabling for large scale music festivals. - Motivate, manage and mentor team by identifying missing skills and arranging or providing appropriate training.
