Full stack position involving the design and maintenance of a suite of applications. I moved to this position from a contract to hire, becoming the main developer in charge of the entire stack. I maintain a constant relationship with the customer, verify proper testing and draft documentation during the release, continuously scan for and fix vulnerabilities, as well as architect the future design of the application stack as we plan to migrate from an older framework to a modern framework. I’ve been named the “key” developer of our team by the project manager and software architect and made the lead developer of my team.Lots of work, but super rewarding.

For four years I lead the programming department of a small team participating in what we called the Space Flight Design Challenge. We worked with NASA IV&V to create plans for the implementation and design of small payloads that would fit inside of a Rocksat-C or Rocksat-X canister. We've used Arduinos and Raspberry Pis to communicate with several onboard sensors from gyroscopes to piezoelectric wafers. For our last year, our goal is to monitor the vibration of the rocket and deliver the vehicle's vibration profile. This way teams can use this profile to understand if any material they use may be under threat to their harmonic resonance which could result in the damage and potentially catastrophic failure of their experiment.
