I am an experienced entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of working in the technology, consultancy and consumer goods industries. My first digital venture, Predicta, is a marketing technology company launched in 1999 when digital marketing was virtually nonexistent in Brazil. We developed the core technology, educated the market, and helped shift the Brazilian media landscape from less than 1% to over 70% investment in digital marketing. In 2014 we sold the business to Brazil’s second-largest media group. During this period I had many different roles, going from a co-founder of a 3 people company up to the position of COO of a 150+ people software/services company with Fortune 500 companies on its client portfolio.After we sold Predicta I created Rua Coffee Roasters, a micro-franchise coffee shop chain in Brazil. The idea behind the project was to leverage the fact that coffee shops in Brazil served low quality products and there was space to offer a fairly priced high quality coffee experience in unusual places. I created the concept, negotiated with suppliers and adopted a farm-to-cup approach overseeing the whole supply chain. I also led the company’s financing round, raised money from an investment fund, grew the company up to 4 shops and finally sold it to a third party that continues to grow the business to this day.In 2017 I was invited to lead the Wash To Go project, a portable laundry soap developed in Brazil but to be manufactured and commercialised in Europe. The project was originally created by Equity Design, a design studio in Brazil and backed by a high-profile investor. I raised funds for the project, created an international expansion strategy, promoted the product in international expos and it was through WTG that I transitioned to the position of COO of Equity Design.Currently, I am the Chief Operating Officer at Baybridge, a corporate and commercial law firm, and Titlespace, an Australian lawtech that provides a platform for optimizing property transactions. My role is to leverage technology to streamline operations, performance, and enhance the customer experience. I work closely with the teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enable scalable growth. Additionally, I work closely with the CEO, ensuring that the companies have the resources they need to achieve their strategic objectives.My key strengths are:. Developing markets and businesses.
