Implemented the dining room remodels of five stores. Manage $13M budget and 400 employees.Established training center. Coaching was inconsistent at C&L’s 13 restaurants. Gained approval from Burger King Corporation to develop and implement Certified Training Restaurant for region. Identified an individual to become a certified trainer. Consistent training across all stores resulted in 10% reduction in management turnover.Raised gross profits significantly in first year. C&L’s 13 restaurants had a low gross profit of 63%. Analyzed processes and operations, creating an action plan. Established clear objectives, training and following up with management teams. Improved gross profit to 66.5%, the highest in five years, with $351K annual profit increase.Gained important certification for nearly 2x the managers over national average. C&L’s stores were not Serve Safe certified. Implemented plan to retrain managers on 12 critical items for certification and the teamwork needed to accomplish the goal.
