Accomplishments: Increased client base through cross-servicing and imparting a thorough knowledge of all aspects of company’s business to clients.

Responsible for building and equipment insurance valuations for public entities throughout CA, OR, NV and AZ. Also conducted capital fixed asset inventories and valuations for public and private sector companies. Facilitated project logistics, reasonable time-lines and budget parameters. Supervised required project field staff. Accomplishments: Successfully managed two-year government GASB 34 program for completion of accounting inventories for school districts throughout CA.

Opened San Francisco branch office to handle $6M, five year contract with CSAA Insurance Co. Recruited and managed field staff of 40 employees to handle this project, as well as, developing operational guidelines, policies and procedures to successfully exacute it. Managed all aspects of project and administered all phases office operations. Accomplishment: Quick start up and staffing enabled San Francisco branch to produce record revenue $1.2M within first 12 months of operation. After unexpected cancellation of the CSAA contract, successfully coordinated the re-organization of the Northern and Southern California branch territories into the San Francisco branch. Doing so enabled the San Francisco branch to remain open, replacing it's lost monthly revenue and increasing it by 20% annually.
