My tenure at People4u, as the Center of Excellence Director, was concentrated on hiring and enabling personnel to become Salesforce consultants for a growing Salesforce partner.My team and I worked with all the departments within the company to define and fulfill the training demands. After every completion of the training boot camps, I would lead the CoE team to ensure that our consultants received ample support for certifications, the continuous improvement of their skills, and touch-points during their project assignments. I am proud of the accomplishments that the CoE team and I had, and I am grateful to everyone in the company who helped us along the way to reach our goals.

During my stay in Cloud Sherpas, my focus on capability development and enablement for the Global Delivery Center allowed us to turnout very capable consultants for the Manila office to meet the demands of the business. Working closely with HR, Recruitment, Admin, IT and Delivery, I lead the effort to smooth-out the process, scheduling and flow for the recruitment and training of new resources. I leveraged my experience as a consultant to create the curriculum and materials to upskill resources by revamping our Salesforce Boot Camp. My time with Cloud Sherpas was amazing and I will always be grateful for all the opportunities to learn and work with a truly great team.
