I help vacation rental property managers save money and time with MODO, a solution for intelligent air conditioning control which saves more than half of energy and operational costs.MODO is able to automatically control heating and cooling with presence detection technology. It also limits the temperature and provides property managers with an app for remote control. It’s universal and works with any brand and model of air conditioning. I'm an engineer and former researcher on Internet of Things (IoT), with particular knowledge on communication technologies and on the integration of end-to-end IoT systems. However I’m now in charge of building a business out of a product which I have been developing with passion and dedication. So my time is now mostly spent on marketing, sales and business development. And I love it :)I have an obsession for productivity with particular attention to time management. I think the way we spend our time defines our happiness and therefore time should be seriously taken into consideration. I have built an entire productivity system completely based on time management.I’m Italian but living on the beautiful island of Mallorca, Spain.
