I was appointed by Unipol Gruppo Finanziario in this position to complete the restructuring of this leading Italian hotel chain, form a new management team and launch a plan for value growth. The industry is exciting and plenty of opportunities to make a winning Italian hotel chain.

As a managing parter I launched and co-managed Fondo Centro Impresa: 100 m Euro for Italian SME's. The fund invested in 10 targets and now it is on the divestment process with interesting returns. In the meanwhile my partners and I launched Fondo Atlante Private Equity: a 200 m Euro domestic fund for Italian SME's. We are in the investment period and we did 2 investments, so we are fully liquid and with good appetite for growing businesses

I joined as a Manager of private equity transactions and after one year in Milan I was promoted as Local Director. For the following two years I managed the new Bologna office and for two more years I co-managed also the Padua office. In these 5 years I gained a strong experience and track-record in managing private equity transaction for Italian Small and Medium size businesses.

I set up launched and managed one of the first Italian Private Equity funds under the umbrella of the Rolo Banca banking group

Managed projects for corporate clients in the following areas: M&A, company valuation and restructuring

Training as a System Engineer in the mid-range systems and two years of experience in sales of AS 400 to Italian SME's managing a group of IBM local agents
