As the National Solar Solutions Manager at ICAST, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, I specialize in helping multifamily affordable housing (MFAH) property owners and stakeholders go solar and access tax benefits and other governmental incentives. I assist them in securing funding, leveraging tax benefits for each particular case, and preparing all related documentation, making the process seamless with a designated point of contact. Through programs supported by the U.S. Department of Energy, I help property owners and stakeholders: • Boost Net Operating Income (NOI). • Enhance tenant retention through direct electricity bill savings. • Increase property value. • Facilitate and leverage tax incentives. • Integrate energy efficiency upgrades.I leverage the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) to scale solar PV and battery energy storage systems (BESS), offering an Investment Tax Credit (ITC) for certain projects.I specialize in onsite solar for multifamily affordable housing (MFAH) utilizing funding sources like the Triple Bottom Line Foundation, and standardizing processes to reduce costs.

• Spearheaded company growth by implementing scalable and automated sales processes, expanding the team to over 100 residential solar consultants. • Focused on recruiting, hiring, and training high-performing sales teams, driving company scalability and success in the competitive solar market. • Developed sales processes that integrated seamlessly with our CRM and our residential solar EPC partners’ CRMs, ensuring all necessary photos and documentation were relayed to contractors for final design, permitting, and installation. • Managed the communication of each sale in the pipeline to all departments, including scheduling, document verification, customer welcome call, EPC, and loan company paperwork, ensuring full funding and correct commission payments. • Negotiated per sale compensation with large residential solar contractors.

In my ventures within the fitness industry, I established Body Movement Ink (BMI Mag LLC), formerly known as Downtown El Paso Fitness. Our mission is to offer targeted advertising and sales support to businesses operating in the fitness, health, and beauty sectors.

I have worked with clients at Fit City Gym, Planet Fitness, Lion’s Den, and Snap Fitness in El Paso, TX. I empower my clients to become independent in the gym setting, teaching them how to develop their own fitness programs based on my guidance, and break free from the dependence on a personal trainer. My goal is to help clients reach their fitness goals and develop a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
