Architect and LEED Coordinator for Housing and Federal Architecture

Worked on residential design with my business partner and college friend, Jason Clough.

Coordinated design solutions and developed details with consultants and project designers for an elementary school, a middle school, and a high school renovation. Managed construction administration for a middle school addition and expansion. Worked with project manager to create schematic design report as design architect for a project to be completed by another firm. Assisted marketing efforts by preparing and participating in interview process.

Managed projects and served as main client contact for apartment community center buildings (remodel and new construction) for all project phases. Served as supporting designer and then as lead designer on several multifamily housing projects (apartment and condominium). Supervised and contributed to preparing design documents for review by Baltimore Urban Design and Development Panel. Completed 3D models. Developed and directed work on 2D (GIS to CAD) and 3D (rhino computer model) data for use for ongoing and future projects. Completed construction documents and provided construction administration for various projects.

Participated in all project phases from schematic design through construction administration. Project types included fitness clubs, office/warehouse on LEED certified project, retail, high-tech manufacturing/office facility, and tenant improvement for various flexible office/warehouse facilities.
