- Organizes and completes Hyperion Budget Entry for MagLab E&G and Auxiliary budgets through collaboration with department heads and fiscal office to accurately capture the fiscal requirements for the coming year- Responsible for Reconciling Foundation and Research Foundation budgets on a monthly basis to ensure budgets reflect current available balances and accurately mirror the strategic needs of the MagLab- Assists with Annual NSF Budget Meetings and prepares budget allocations by division within the MagLab based on funding increments and divisional needs- Created Budget vs. Expense Analysis tools to monitor Subaward spending in accordance to their original budgets that incorporates metrics that were communicated by NSF as highly desirable at 2018 NCURA conference - Responsible for preparation & submission of Annual Large Facility Financial Data Collection Report for NSF on all four Core Projects and worked as liaison to SRA Leadership to obtain approval prior to submission- Simplified and revised the process of completing the supporting documentation required for the Large Facility Financial Data Collection Report- Supported preparation of the Renewal Proposal by successfully data-mining 7 years worth of NSF expenses, organizing by year, NSF expense code, and by Organizational Unit while identifying additional fundings not originally budgeted- Completes SRAD Payroll Analysis on a quarterly basis to ensure adequate budget to cover payroll obligations while providing reliable conclusions and recommendations on how to strategically address funding concerns
