• Led a team focused on evaluating services and asset locating for a low-pressure sewer system. Locations were verified using a combination of physical observations, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), and GPS location technologies to provide accurate, verifiable sewer line and valve locations to update the County’s GIS database. The up-to-date locations enabled the County to know where sewer assets are within the system, identify appropriate short-term improvements, and plan future system interventions. • Project Manager and AM technical reviewer for a project to audit the three-dimensional (3D) Building Information Modelling (BIM) models that contained information of the as-builts. The audits were required to verify completeness of the models as part of the closeout activities. The goal was to ensure the as-built documents provided contained the appropriate information in terms of accuracy and completeness. The effort led to the award of a contract expansion for additional services• Assisted in developing and successfully delivering a SAMP for a large Texas utility that led to additional tasks requested as the result of client satisfaction. • Project Manager, lead author, and technical reviewer for tasks required as part of a Master Plan development. Tasks included Data Collection and Review, Water Resource Evaluation, Developing and Evaluating Alternate Improvements, Asset Management and Prioritization, and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) recommendations. Led technical expertise to define Asset Management current conditions, performed risk analysis and management strategy groupings for buried assets, led design and development of a web-based decision support platform and authored the technical memorandum for the Asset Management, Project Prioritization, and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) recommendations of the Master Plan.
