He possesses professional expertise in leading Chinese companies to list on overseas stock markets, including those in North America. He previously held the positions of Senior Vice President and Board Director of China Wind Power International Ltd., a publicly listed company on Toronto Stock Exchange. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as licensing in/out of pharmaceutical assets. Mr. Huang brings a wealth of investment experience and industry background in sectors such as biotechnology, biomedical, medical technology, high-tech, internet, renewable energy, and culture.
