My goal is to oversee the day to day operations of OTS. While Lisa Page and I collaborate daily, it is the ability to cross-train in various capacities as trainers and developers. We have now evolved into a company that is including nationwide recruitment. We are in a great position of having to service both sides; the contractors looking to be placed, and the companies who have the requisition orders for the contractors.
