My goal is to oversee the day to day operations of OTS. While Lisa Page and I collaborate daily, it is the ability to cross-train in various capacities as trainers and developers. We have now evolved into a company that is including nationwide recruitment. We are in a great position of having to service both sides; the contractors looking to be placed, and the companies who have the requisition orders for the contractors. It's because we can truly service the needs of both sides, that our jobs, while not easy, are quite rewarding.
