Oversee the Technical Operations team in delivering strategic and corporate-wide objectives comprised of: Portfolio delivery and Support for over 300 Client Facing\Internal Applications, Web Services, Middleware, and 3000 Windows\Unix servers. Provide recommendations to senior management of annual and longer term enhancements and evolution of technology in response to enterprise growth and changing business needs. Manage operating budget and activities of 5 managers and 60+ staff; including Data Center Operations, Infrastructure Engineering, Application Integration, End User Computing and Disaster Recovery. Provide strategic leadership in the management of people, processes and technology to ensure successful delivery of services and the driving of standards and methodologies related around ITIL, Technology and Project Management. Formulate & deploy long-term plans in conjunction with management team enabling efficient and cost-effective technologies. Oversee all related operational integrations related to mergers and acquisitions.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Infrastructure, lead a team of Solutions Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Analysts in delivering scalable Enterprise Solutions enabling the delivery of Corporate strategy. Accountabilities included; Architecture Roadmaps, ERP infrastructure delivery (SAP), Virtualization (VMware), 5 Storage Area Networks (HP and EMC), 800 Intel servers (Dell, HP, Cisco), and the development of a lifecycle management strategy consisting of a multi-million dollar equipment portfolio.
