I have over 25 years of experience with Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) ranging from electrical, mechanical and structural to 3D modeling and GIS manipulation, with my most recent proficiencies focusing on land surveying and civil design. While employed with various surveying and engineering firms, I have been responsible for the creation and maintenance of boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, bathymetric surveys, plot plans and grading & drainage plans, as well as environmental plan preparation, NJDEP permitting, utility layouts, highway design, structural & architectural detailing and construction stakeout. I am also skilled in report preparation and assembly (with emphasis on elevation certificates), project estimates, and deed & filed map research. To compliment my office experience, I have spent a considerable amount of time in the field gaining knowledge of various instruments and data collection methods to make myself a more effective project contributor. In addition to my professional career experience, I enjoy cooking, computing, outdoor exploring and spending time with my family.
