Reported to Product Director. Accountable for product development at 3 locations and manufacturing support; $400M annual sales. Managed team of 14 with budget of $1.4M.

Reported to VP of Marketing, representing $40M and $70M annual sales, respectively.• Coordinated/designed trade show booths (40’ x 40’ and 20’ x 10’) with minimal budget.• Integrated foodservice acquisition with revamping of digital assets and best-in-class product support materials (Spec Sheets, Flyers, Web Site, Trade Shows, BIM files, AutoQuotes, ERP implementation), while maintaining profitable core product channel.• Implemented fighter brand developing self-writing 670+ SKU numbering system, improving communication and managing cross-shopping conflicts.

Responsible for the marketing and development of new faucet related products for the Residential busiomness unit.

Led a team of 39 engineers, designers, and technicians responsible for new product innovation & technology, process optimization, steel support, and lab services for the Elkay Division. This involves the sink & accessory, CIS, cooler & fountain, and faucet product lines whose combined sales exceed $330M.

Hired as Mechanical Engineer I and worked up to Mechanical Engineer III position.Designed patented strobe signaling device to meet new UL1971 ADA requirements. Performed all mechanical engineering & project management. Used optical simulation software to optimize product performance and compress NPI cycle time to 6 months (project initiation to parts).Supervised and coordinated installation of LAN & CAD system.
