Under the immediate supervision of principals and or executive management, the IT Manager will provide supervision and support for the operations of computer systems, telecommunications, desktops and peripherals. This includes providing oversight of technicians that will be installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal performance of all technical systems.

Maintains all patient records and film files for General X-Ray, Ultrasound, CT, and MRI. Has knowledge of cataloging and filing of films. Is responsible for handling all incoming telephone calls, answering in a timely and professional manner. Complies with all written request-by mail or faxed in a timely and efficient manner. Responsible for timely release of medical information to, requesting parties. This responsibility requires knowledge of the legal constraints associated with the release of medical information and following all HIPAA regulations. Responsible for ensuring all reports and attachments are mailed to attending physicians in a timely manner. Responsible for processing all requests in accordance with applicable hospital and departmental policies.
