I was Responsible for the Expansion and Developing of South Market Georgia by adding 7 new retail locations in 14 months vs. goal of 5. Coordinating construction. Hiring, coaching and set up training session/accommodations for a team of 35 people. Advance 3 District Managers and 7 store managers, as well, coached and mentor through their transition.
