As Executive Director oversees all activities related with solutions on real estate portfolio at companies in Latin America region and coordinator of service areas provided by CRE;• Responsible for RE, Facility Mngt, Operations & Maintenance and PjM operation in Latin America region for Global C&W Corporate Clients and also responsible for Industrial, Health Care, Critical Sites , Retail and Educational segments in SoAm totalizing more than 100 million Sqft, with 20 Snr managers reporting directly and 900 FTE´s in 52 clients in Latin America;•FM & RE Business development providing a regionally robust service delivery model with consistent processes and practices across the Latin America region, with standardized services, performance levels KPI’s, improving cost effectiveness through operational efficiency and economies of scale through several bidding processes, negotiations and contract preparation, contracts management (productive/non productive maintenance, security, cleaning and others), site feasibility study and other RE deliverables all over Latin America, with audits, technical and performance evaluation, searching quality and costs working with concourse, since the scope until the implementation; •Real Estate portfolio optimization for a Brazilian client: Inventory, rating, elect potential sites to be sold and generate cash flow and prepare the asset to be sold ( disposition);•Development of Business Consulting Services (FM Design) for a high end European automotive industry for their first manufacturing plant in Brazil, acting as advisor, developing the SOW, fitting the projects for their operational needs, drawing RFI´s/RFP´s, implementation, training and the operation (FM Steering);•Business development and implementation o for a Global Data company client, a TIER4 Data Center operation in Santiago – Chile;•Single Point of contact for Latin America with a successful participation in regional & Global RFP´s;•C&W FM Global Leadership team;

Responsible as Single Point of Contact to manage Global FM contracts in Latin America managing Industrial, Health Care, retail and Corporate Clients• Ownership of all aspects to implement the business model developed for C&W, being directly involve in start-up Legal entities in Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela in order to achieve best-in-class RE & FM services to attend our Global Clients locally, recruiting of all professionals, leading the development of all processes and procedures, avoiding extra expenses invoicing the client locally, as well giving a proper support ;• FM & RE Business development providing a regionally robust service delivery model with consistent processes and practices across the Latin America region, with standardized services, performance levels KPI’s, improving cost effectiveness through operational efficiency and economies of scale through several bidding processes, negotiations and contract preparation, contracts management (productive/non productive maintenance, security, cleaning and others), site feasibility study and other RE deliverables all over Latin America, with audits, technical and performance evaluation, searching quality and costs working with concourse, since the scope until the implementation; • Ability in managing critical sites as Data Centers ( TIER 3) and production lines with strong capabilities in gap analisys in order to prepare contingency plans to reduce/avoid downtimes;• Development and implementation of savings projects providing cost reductions in utilities through energy & utilities management and reviewing outsourced contracts performance & technologies in order to improve quality and reduce costs standardizing SLA´s;
