Collaborating with a diverse range of project stakeholders innovative Technology One Financials functionalities and improvements including: user access configuration; security permissions; system configuration were delivered. The stakeholder relationships I successfully built ranged from senior executives where I performed the function of advisor presenting business cases, feasibility studies and advice, to subject matter expert (SME) and analyst within the team itself. These relationships helped to define requirements, design and test an effective solution, seamlessly migrate data and successfully implement the BI reporting system and tools that integrated pre-defined and ad hoc reports into the Technology One Financials Module. Having engaged successfully with stakeholders at all levels throughout the project, and demonstrated my Technology One expertise, I was able to contribute to finance policy, process and procedure updates, process improvement documentation, the development of Technology One system support manuals, and Technology One user training materials. I played a pivotal role in delivering a four stage change management program that converted manual financial systems to an automated paperless office, which reduced financial process cycles from 8 months to 8 hours. This exceeded anticipated outcomes, and achieved cost/ time efficiencies through effective configuration and implementation of Technology One modules. As a Finance Officer I maintained operational delivery of a diverse range of finance services to the business, whilst also playing a pivotal role in the solution innovation, project and change management activities as a Project Officer that supported delivery of the Technology One Financials Module and finance system.
