As the Recruiting Manager for the Salt Lake office, my job was to make sure the recruiting team had the tools and training they needed to be successful, as well as assisting in our weekly and monthly production. My responsibilities included working with the VP of Staffing to set our daily, weekly, and quarterly recruiting goals for the branch, recruiting on our hard to fill positions, managing the candidate "submital to hire" process, and acting as a liaison between the Recruiters and Account Managers to ensure nothing slipped through the cracks.
