Consisting of over 600 servers, 5 different services, daily operations, reporting, release management and new acquisitions and deals for partners and providers. Responsible for coordinating the technical mergers of joint OEM providers such as Dell and Compaq. Increased uptime and availability of MSNIA to 99.9%, reduced production costs and increased service levels. Implemented centralized web sites to track monitoring of services and produce reporting metrics to management.

Coordinated the gradual migration to a firm wide client/server technology environment by providing PC connectivity through IP to Sybase running on a Unix platform. Administered user and technical training, after implementing new technologies. Migrated an outdated DOS based Human Resource system to PeopleSoft, a SQL Base platform on OS/2. Implemented several SAA gateways to provide a primary connectivity solution to remote mainframes from a PC. Part of a network infrastructure design team responsible for a firm wide move to a new building.
