I have been working within ingredients supply (planning) , production planning, and distribution (planning) from a staff perspective, and have worked as an operational logistics manager of planning, warehousing and distribution. I have been involved in the management of outsourced transports, the management of returnable empties and the integration of both within realization of sustainable logistics.Having experienced almost every logistic aspect of the dairy chain from grass-to-glass from the business side, the procurement role covered the entire chain and integrates all prior experience into a broader perspective. I came to understand that only sustainable logistics networks will be able to deliver the low costs needed for sustainable low tariffs.In the latest role, will be driving the Logistics performance standards and performance improvements across our global supply chain and design, implement and roll-out stepping stones to get to a higher maturity together.
