I am deeply passionate about the ‘big picture’ and inspired to craft products that have positive impacts and address on peoples' real-world problems. Ultimately my goal is to craft solutions that become part of everyday speech, like, ‘just google it’.Dayforce is a global leader specialising in Human Capital Management (HCM) and though many may not immediately see the excitement in HR and Payroll, I am unapologetic about delivering consumer quality products that genuinely impact the day-to-day lives of the end user.I previously worked as a Product Manager at HROnboard (an ELMO Company) where I was responsible for the Offers and Welcomes modules; improving usability and accessibility with the adoption of material design principles. Prior to that, I worked as a Product Owner and Business Analyst on cloudentries.com.au - a bootstrapped Aussie start-up in the competitive and recreational sporting space.Beyond software, I have experience in the design and manufacturing of tangible consumer products - where I helped build and operate Tokoza Horseware - an equine accessories e-commerce business.(This endeavour helped me progress from an international student through to someone who now proudly calls Australia home.)In and outside of work, I am passionate about social justice and making change to people's lives.
