Walt Gansser has a diverse background in senior corporate human resources, manufacturing, and operations. Walt made significant contributions to key areas of The Coca-Cola Company. At Coke, he held management roles in Corporate Global Staffing, Training and Development, Corporate Finance, Administration and special projects manager for the Chief Financial Officer.Walt’s expertise in Human Resources at Coca-Cola put him in a leading role for an array of specific objective HR projects, notably during the Reagan Administration, serving as project manager on The Grace Commission, to evaluate HR policy and program effectiveness within the federal government, including Pentagon operations. He also participated in the world-wide company implementation of SAP and served as a volunteer services manager at the aquatic center for the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games (ACOG) during the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games. His competencies include global staffing, training, team development, adventure management programs, project management, performance management, operations, and employee relations. His is certified in Targeted Selection through DDI, consulting and training extensively on the topic.Since retiring from Coca-Cola in 2000, Walt served as an independent career transition consultant, retained search consultant and executive coach, and as a staffing and selection consultant/trainer for corporate and executive search clients most recently at Right Management.
