Customer was given an award for the best Guest Wi-Fi by CNET a year later.• Negotiated and closed renewal of a 11MM Managed Guest Wi-Fi service with a leading department store chain. • Created and closed numerous contract change orders for Managed Service Customers in excess of $250,000 each.• During transition, provided customer-facing communications and coordination for transfer of multiple large services deals from Zebra to Extreme. Transitioned more than 25MM dollars of contract value through assignments in first 90 days resulting in a letter of thanks and bonus from the CEO.• Ended fiscal year 2018 above $21 million dollar quota.
