Since 2016 I have been a consultant in the Central Clearing House project for the Belgium Energy Market called Atrias. Since de Go-Live of the system in November 2021, I have been in a leading role in the monitoring the Message Exchange between Market, DGO's (Distribution Grid Access Providers) and the CMS. At the Go-Live we also started the hyper-care period in which we create pro active incidents based on pro-active monitoring. Parallel we started to create a view on the health of the CMS system.
This resulted in defining a Data Quality and Monitoring detection system .
This system, built on the Knowledge and Experience of the team I lead, has been able to define a Ruling based on Transactions and Processes status and Error Messages encountered.
ITIL Problems were created to define Solutions and Work-arounds. Based on these Rules we made it possible to define a Who and How for all the issues where a Workaround was defined. This resulted in even more non standard scenario’s to define workarounds where different business processes impact the system. Automation of Excel tooling and optimising SQL selections helped us to execute this task.Personally, I like to profile myself as an attentive team member with an extended range of experiences and interests, long life learner, open minded, analytic, flexible, a good team-spirit and adaptive capacity. Characteristics of my personality are: structural approach in issue solving, coaching and mobilising others, innovator of work processes, long term result driven and a strong work ethic, I prefer working in an innovating environment. Specialisms: personal coaching, structural approach of business processes, special experiences with software testing and Data Quality.
Listed skills include Software Development, Cobol, Coaching, Mainframe, and 35 others.
