~ Transitioned global mobility and relocation processes from an internal function to an external function.~ Administered the daily operation of the global mobility and immigration programs, including vendors contracts and relationships.~ Redesigned and simplified company's Relocation Policy guidelines, which were implemented by HR hiring/staffing teams.~ Enhanced company's Visa and Immigration Policy to include eligibility criteria, cost/expense approval process, as well as company and employee responsibility guidelines for both visa and permanent residency.~ Gathered and reported global assignment and relocation compensation and prepared compensation statements for internal payroll and tax vendor.

~ Provided primary daily operational administration of global commission compensation plans, with emphasis on Europe and Middle East (EMEA) regions.~ Researched, analyzed, and explained revenue discrepancies and/or commission pay inquiries from various line levels: sales directors, district managers, sales reps, as well as global sales and finance teams.~ Provided effective solutions to resolve and correct commissionable revenue and compensation discrepancies, often involving analysis of complex sales order transaction details.~ Process owner for annual setup, monthly report management, and all user access issues related to TrueInformation, a web-based commission compensation reporting tool used by sales teams globally.~ Collaborated with Internal Audit to develop, document, and maintain SOX 'Control Matrix' to streamline compliance activities/responsibilities. This led to the development of internal Service Level Agreements (SLA's) which were tracked and reported, along with recommendations for SLA improvement.

~ Served as primary and senior global mobility contact for multiple clients' expatriate populations by facilitating international/global assignment details and workflows.~ Facilitated payroll and global tax compliance via coordinating with various teams (i.e. payroll, local A/P, travel & expense, etc.) to capture all global compensation elements, striving for automation and electronic reporting.~ Researched, analyzed, and resolved international compensation matters, prepared compensation statements, US tax gross-ups, and reconciliation of US W2's for multiple clients' international employees and E&Y tax offices with strict tax deadlines.~ Strong knowledge of international assignment compensation/payroll taxability, expatriate compensation allowances and hypothetical taxes. Facilitation of both home and host country payrolls, including setup and maintenance of shadow payrolls and split payrolls.~ Co-trained several internal and client-sponsored 'International Compensation Training' sessions (Dallas and Tampa), as well as led new-hire 'Introduction to International Compensation Training' (Dallas and New Jersey).~ Co-developed 'Service Excellence', internal measurements for quality assurance and expectations, which was implemented department-wide (this later became the framework for outlining future SOX control measures).
