Assigned to an important Agile project at the FCDO:- Elicited, established and refined requirements from stakeholders at all levels of the business.- Developed functional requirements and owned a User Story-based technical backlog in AzureDevOps. Took ownership of backlog maintenance, in addition to leading sprint refinements &sprint retrospectives.- Supporting and interfacing with QA test and Dev teams, building a low-code solution in PowerPlatform and Canvas App.- Completed personal development training, including Scrum Master I and RequirementsEngineering qualifications.- Conducted an internal AI research Project surrounding the future of Business Analysis, andaugmenting our existing capabilities with AI.

This position began with an intensive 2 months of Business Analysis training at TSI, gaining a wealth of knowledge at everystage of software development lifecycles- Developed a wealth of skills, from code based, such as SQL, Go Lang, HTML, CSS, JavaScript andReact, to analytical skills, including Requirements Engineering, User Journeys and Business ProcessModel Notations, and knowledge of development methodologies & AWS- Skills were tested in a group exercise to design a solution, necessitating requirement elicitation,stakeholder management, business process mapping and presenting of proposed solutionsContracted for Atos Ltd, - first on a reinsurance project, reconciling data and completing initialanalysis, sprint refinement and documentation for new features in development- Developed a number of best-practice documents surrounding Jira & Confluence- Also worked on a system redesign project, to develop, update and support workflow planningtools, including taking ownership for key documents to ensure visibility and clarity between teams- Supported analysis on work in progress, including age analysis, dependency and blocker trackingand prioritisation to fit a release schedule- Investigated historic workarounds to identify, prioritise and support remedial action, allowingcompletion of feature development
