In this current role, I build strong collaboration with enterprise clientele, converting their requirements into delivered A/V projects. One of my key responsibilities is to manage all networked A/V elements, such as audio, video, and control as technical lead and system designer. Alongside that, I evaluate and meet customers' needs/expectations in product and project by communicating with diverse and distributed teams throughout project lifecycle. Based on my progressive industry-related experience, I reduced programming time and simplified deployment of projects by creating resources for programming community.Some key accomplishments associated with this job role include:• Provided effective support to large retailer in the design, programming, and implementation of large scale networked A/V System in stores across the globe.• Created a developer resource website, in the process I evaluated and updated existing database search functions and reflected modern aesthetic that optimized functionality. Created automated toolsets to streamline programming processes for multiple external products.• Headed and delivered networked AV projects comprising video distribution, audio processing, and control with new generation control platform or interaction with existing legacy control system.• Developed system designs and control system code for multiple partners across multiple projects.

During my tenure, I delivered strategic leadership to a growing team of technical support engineers and encouraged them to achieve set goals. One of my key roles was to oversee the development of Networked A/V control applications and hardware, such as Panel Builder and N-Command software. Besides that, I improved technical services division size over multi-year period by providing technical support and excellent field engineering services. At SVSI, I formulated and implemented fully capable Networked A/V control system, including producing user stories, wire-frames, and programming documentation. I guided the creation and deployment of award-winning network based in room controller and event-driven IP-based control methods. Arranged effective training and development sessions for outside programmers on using JavaScript in an AV environment. I offered pre-sales support to integrators and internal sales team in control system integration and networked AV projects development. Additionally, I identified and addressed trending problems with hardware, software, and network configurations.A small section of my achievements is stated as follows:• Planned and directed successful upgrade of critical product (N8002) to meet needs of integrators and incorporate new Panel Builder program• Liaised with customers to determine and translate specs for new products into complete product documentation.• Developed and executed three-day in-person training course approximately 100 times; transformed in-person training to mobile classroom and facilitated mobile training courses for up to 24 students.• Spearheaded CTS renewal unit application process and presented new training programs to Avixa for certification and assignment of renewal units.

Being a key member of the organization, I directed and initiated company A/V sales/production initiatives, which contained client consultation and system design, proposal, timeline, and budget preparation. Using my industry-related expertise, I supervised event audio/visual production, including services as videographer, graphic designer, editor, video switcher operator, event/client manager, and onsite troubleshooting and configuration. Installed and maintained extensive range of sophisticated A/V, teleconferencing, and event production equipment. Along with that, I analyzed and operated A/V equipment, including audio, video, digital signage, lighting, control systems, and PCs.A small section of my achievements comprises:• Organized and executed video production events with approximate count of 20-25 shows for corporate/education clients' per year.• Managed special event production, such as live streaming, and recording events for churches, collegiate student organizations, and corporate clients.• Contributed to successful negotiation and long-term contract with large organization for preventative maintenance, AV/control system equipment sales, and technical support.• Streamlined critical systems functions throughout events as on-site technician for critical events.• Produced and directed video production to broadcast High School football games.

My position is varied - in my years here I have completely redone Liberty Promotions website, turning it from a static site to a database driven e-commerce site. In addition to developing the website, I have also created product designs working with artists around the world to bring my concepts to a final project. I also work directly with our consumers, often times being the voice on the other end of the line solving any problems and answering any questions.

As an Intern with Delta Epsilon Chi, I created a five minute advertising video that explained what the organization is and why it was fun. The purpose of the video was to convince High School members to join the College Division, convince college students to join, and to get people more interested in general in the Organization. I worked with their national staff to convert their concept of "we need a video" into a viable advertising tool. The process took some time, involved shooting scripted interviews, live footage at their international career development conference, working with some green screen, editing, audio editing, and more. The project was finished in may, and seems to have exceeded their expectations for the video.

I interacted with thousands of people from around the world, maintained supply line in the busiest of times and worked with a large team of people to make sure that every guest had a chance to experience the magic of Disney.
