As a global business leader, I have strategically grown revenue, EBITDA, and valuation in fast-moving, challenging turnaround and rapid growth environments at the intersection of finance, technology, data and analytics for both public and PE owned companies. In my last role before turning my attention to my Board and Advisory work, I was Chief Revenue Officer at the London Stock Exchange Group following LSEG’s acquisition of Refinitiv. Our successful sale of Refinitiv to LSEG was, for me, the culmination of almost 20 years at Refinitiv, Thomson Reuters and Thomson Financial where I had the privilege to hold numerous C-suite roles including Global Head of Market Development, Chief Data Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer. Having lived and worked on 3 continents, I had the opportunity to work with great people around the world as we steered this $6.5 billion fintech through numerous restructurings and transformations. Prior to that I was President & CEO of Nucleus Financial, a VC backed startup, a Partner at Cantor Fitzgerald, and a founding Board Member of the Cantor Fitzgerald Futures Exchange. I began my career in financial services as head of sales for Australian-based Giltnet Limited and was part of the team that took Giltnet public on the ASX.I have served on numerous for profit and non-profit boards.I consider myself to be highly experienced and skilled in fintech, financial services, recurring revenue business models, and data as a core product offering, as well as:➤guiding growth at scale in global markets➤business transformations and the optimization and culture change that comes from large M&A integrations➤instituting smart, new technologies to innovate, automate, and establish scalable platforms for sustainable growth➤building high performing and highly motivated teamsI'm now focused on how I can bring this experience to the Board room of growth companies.Also passionate about ESG, I have developed, acquired, and sold ESG-based solutions as a core product and content area, and collaborated with the World Economic Forum on global sustainability measurements.I am proud to have received numerous awards and honors from industry groups over the years - much of it related to my work with diversity and inclusion and gender equality, and the advancement of women in business.
