Strategic Sourcing Group Co-op, LLC is the supply chain cooperative serving both the Wendy's and Arby's restaurant brands. Its goal is to: 1) Optimize the combined purchasing power of over 10,000 restaurant locations when feasible, 2) Identify and implement synergies and efficiencies with functional responsibilities inclusive of supplier management, national program development, spend management and project management, and 3) Drive continuous improvement in the areas of customer service, communication, innovation, technology and analysis. Product and service categories that I am responsible for include: energy (supply & conservation), building materials, decor, fixtures, menuboards and signage.

Contribute to the growth and profitability of Wendy’s/Arby’s Group by optimizing purchasing and efficiency strategies for Energy. Provide strong leadership in the areas of program development, supplier management, cost management, project management and customer service.
