Current- Strategy, process excellence, performance management, and program/change management for BCG's Enterprise Services organization, a 1000+ headcount global shared services operations backbone- Defining the framework for measuring and reporting value delivery- Defining and driving large, complex, global cross-functional digital transformations and change programs in BCG's operations- Building the business case for change and securing leadership sponsorship- Leading & executing the change- Managing cross-functional stakeholders- Using Agile and waterfall methodologies
