  Direct the development, marketing, training, and sales for the Royalty Assistant, a royalty management software product, targeted for entertainment and brand-name companies in the brand licensing industry. Develop the project plans and schedules for product delivery. In a previous position, had designed and implemented a PC desktop royalty management system. The system was installed at major brand licensing companies. The shortcomings of the solution included difficulties in installing, updating, maintaining, and backing up. With the advent of the Web, it became clear that a Web-based solution would offer many advantages. Consequently, designed the Royalty Assistant as a Web-based solution, providing brand managers with a royalty system that is easy to use and maintain. Since the Royalty Assistant runs in an internet browser, nothing is installed on the user's computer.Participated as an Exhibitor in three Brand Licensing Shows.
