Armed with a Master’s in Management from Brunel University London and a Bachelor's in Business from Edith Cowan University, I currently spearhead programs at perFORM Music Incubator, applying my expertise in proposal development, strategic project management, and program design. These competencies have been crucial in my role as Head of Business at Muthoni Music Entertainment, where I oversee recruitment, grant preparation, business development, fundraising, and project management.Over the past year and a half, our team at perFORM Music Incubator has made significant strides in skilling and upskilling within the Kenyan music industry, thanks to a collaborative approach in program execution. At Muthoni Music Entertainment, we have successfully administered multiple grants and propelled institutional growth. My motivation lies in creating opportunities that resonate with our organizational culture, while my goal is to foster a diverse and innovative environment that aligns with the dynamic landscape of the music industry.
