Coordinated the TB/HIV technical working group to develop the current HIV guidelines for health care workers across the country. Chaired the Community Treat All sub-committee composed of development partners, PEPFAR implementing partners, community-based organizations (CBOs), civil society organizations and community representatives, leading to the development of the community minimum package of care and standard operating procedures for community health services.
