Responsible for design, development and directed the manufacturing of automated high precision functional and environmental electronic test equipment for serial production of satellite components and subsystems with the focusing on Electric propulsion System for satellites.The developed Equipments and systems are designed for the implementation with the goal of testing and analysing throughout the manufacturing cycle according to the requirements and standards of ECSS and NASA. The equipment is integrated in the mass production of flow control units, which are successfully installed in an international satellite constellation. The investigation and development of low-cost, ultra- high reliability electronics including the development of Special design strategies and mitigation techniques for the automatic detection and repair of errors for satellites subsystems at high-volumes is also included to my duties.

Responsible for electronic hardware and firmware aspects of product development for wireline well logging downhole tools and surface data acquisition systems for Oil and Gas industry. I participate in architectural decisions about defining block-level circuit requirements and needed resources. Furthermore I am responsible for the low-level electronic circuit design and evaluation including the design and development of: analog RF circuits, switching power supplies (high and low voltage), embedded microcontrollers / programmable logic device-based central processing unit, and communication interfaces.I had also the responsibility for developing of PCB Layout with respect to EMC, building, testing and troubleshooting prototype boards and systems of concern to the high temperature behaviour (above 150°C) and the real environmental conditions (by logging job in cased- and open hole at depths of around 7000 m). The manufacturing quality control and initial operation of the developed tools is also included to my duties. Furthermore I provided training workshop for International Customers in the subject handling, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrument and systems.

As a part time Engineering job, I assisted in the hardware development of a real time motor control system. Development elements included selection and specification electrical components, PCB Layout using EAGLE CAD, prototype boards building, testing and troubleshooting. The tasks required a well communication capability with engineering staff institutes as apart of research duties. Furthermore, I should lead a small team of work-students in the labour process.

Performed project engineering duties, circuit and firmware design, as well as debug and integration for the development of cockpit products. I designed hardware and a real time firmware for PIC16F8XX microcontroller for motor control circuits. The design required the development of PCB Layout.

Primary responsibilities included investigate technologies for redesigning and modifying different electronic control systems, electrical design, review of designs, selection of components, processing prototype kits for verification testing and design approval, and managing a small team of technicians and engineers.• Developed system specification, designed, delegated hardware und software tasks for the development of a digital motor control system.• Modified design of a microcontroller based temperature monitoring acquisition board.• Designed, coded firmware, debugged and integrated microcontroller based modules for Servo Motor application.
