I am a mindfulness, meditation, and arts practitioner. My purpose is to live meaningfully, honoring the impermanence of all being and things. I find ways to let go of control in small and big situations so I can focus on being present. I make space for understanding and healing to flourish. Peace in one self and in the world are central to my way of being. I follow my life’s calling to recognize and accept my own suffering so that I am able to cultivate compassionate relationships with those who need a guide, a spiritual companion, a friend. My mind and my heart are clearly rooted in the present moment where I do my best to act for the benefit of our shared humanity.
