Based on my major, Industrial Engineering, I can understand the latest technology and have a sharp mathematical perspective. I am also a Korean CPA and have outstanding ability in finance and accounting. While I was working at the Audit & Financial Advisory Service Departement of the Samil PwC (Seoul Office), which is the largest accounting firm in Korea, I had been able to provide a wide range of services to various clients, such as automobile industry, medical equipment, broadcasting companies, savings banks, asset management companies, brokerage firms and so on. In particular, I had worked with many foreign accountants and clients from US, Singapore, HK, and the Philippines to provide audit service, as well as financial consulting services on mergers, divisions, and transfer of business, to a variety of international companies. Currently, I'm working at the Investment Bank Departement of Securities Company in Korea for conducting Equity Capital Market Services (IPO, SPAC merger, capital increase with consideration, resume listing after division, etc.) to not only domestic companies but also some foreign companies trying to advance to the Korean Capital Market.
