Co-ordinate and supervise all financial accounting and reporting activities of Global Leaf Malaysia and Asia, ensuring full compliance with Company's Policies & Procedures and Local Statutory requirements. To identify and prioritize initiatives that will benefit the company and supporting the leaf production operation in Myanmar.To lead monthly and year end closing and quarterly forecast of Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for Leaf Department within stipulated deadlines. Provide management with reliable data for corrective actions.To prepare timely, well-written and re: routine BAP (based on approved ASP) with properly supported financial justifications etc. Monitor the Capital Expenditure spending of approved BAPCo-ordinate and supervise internal control activities, financial audits and ensures appropriate communication flow with all other Finance departments.Coordinate all Leaf Cost Centre & Authorization Hierarchy Creation and role mapping assignment.Co-ordinate and supervise Singapore Warehouse stock count and provide local support as necessary to the GL Operations Team in Trier.

To ensure accurate payments are made to the right farmers for purchase of cured leaf tobacco ensuring proper deductions relating to Cess, TGCS & Deductions for competitors.To ensure spending of the approved Operating expenses and Capital expenditure are done properly through raising of PR and ensuring its subsequent approval, obtaining asset numbers, verification of invoices, performing goods receipt, asset capitalization etc. in accordance with by JTI's policies and procedures. To assist Finance controller in Budget preparation, Monthly Manangement Report and KPI commitments by ensuring (1) operating expenses, TGCS, R&D and others are captured into SAP accurately (2) spendings are within the established budget and (3) maximization of TGCS recovery (plant MYP3 & MY06) for the current year > 90%.Responsible in ensuring monthly closing and quarterly forecast of P&L for JTI Leaf Procurement Asia meet the dateline and accurate. SAP Power User for Inventory Management ModuleTo lead (from the business side) regression and integration testing for Leaf Department (entity 1128), by defining local testing scope (scripts/data) and performing/validating tests, documenting results and reporting errors.

Responsible for Singe Tier and 2nd Tier Duty Drawback under Section 93, Section 95 and Section 99 Malaysian Customs Act 1967 for export market. Liaise with MIDA, MOF, MITI and Customs Department in order to secure all the licenses for factory operation. Responsible for Duty Exemption on Tobacco and Sales Tax Exemption for NTM. Responsible to secure Form D and Form A for Export Market.

Prepare motnhly report for Non Tobacco Material(NTM) for Malaysia Market. Prepare landed cost for NTM.
