Job Descriptions and Responsibilities1. Sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, and internal communication.2. Established standards, tools and procedures for use on the project, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, and benefits. Ensure execution of key migration stages for delivery of AFC equipment for installation is achieved and delivered successfully.3. Manages the Project Library.4. Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.5. Manages the support and provision of project tools and equipment. Ensure procured tools and equipment for project is sufficient and within the budget.6. Ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of all project events, meetings, and production of all project necessary documentation such as Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Final Design Review (FDR), and Design Review Sheet (DRS) before initiation of product manufacturing, delivery and installation.7. Implementing the agreed actions plan to agreed standards and deadlines.8. Liaison with vendors, client, and sub-contractors on all project related matters.9. Manage, monitor and handling AFC inventory by ensuring the AFC equipment is properly stored, delivered and installed within the agreed timeline. 10. Preparation of logistics plans to support delivery and installation process within the project timeframe. 11. Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement of inventory for part replacement at stations.12. Responsible for AFC maintenance schedule and reports in order to monitor the failures of the hardware and the software through SAP system.
