I am a Notary Public and a Banking and Finance lawyer based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I have been called to the bar in England and Wales, and in Malaysia, and have been in active practice for almost 20 years. I regularly advise international and local financial institutions, private equity firms, major corporations, business owners and operators, and international law firms on a wide spectrum of structured finance transactions. I specialise in aircraft and ship acquisition, leasing, financing, and restructuring matters. I also have extensive experience in advising on matters relating to real estate, company laws, commodities and trade finance, export finance, factoring, securitization, ESG, and derivatives. I am grateful to be recognised as Asian Legal Business (ALB) Malaysia's Rising Star in the year 2022 and have led my team in winning numerous ALB Malaysia Aviation Firm of the Year awards in the past.
