Coordinate all the M&E subcontractors trades. Liaise with consultant and authorities.

To be familiar with project contract documents & Health & Safety legislation.To check setting out dimensions.To supervise on site tests and keep records.To carry out on site inspections.Monitor the progress of building operations.Attend and contribute to design team and site meetings.Prepare schedule of outstanding work/schedules of defects.To carry out such other duties related to building operations as may be required from time to time.Ensure that the project is completed to clients standards, specifications and schedule.

Involved in Electrical & ELV trade.Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
