1) Product ComplianceResponsible to develop effective compliance and readiness plan for current and future PRefChem products by monitoring, analyzing existing and emerging product legislation, regulations and/or requirement, assess the impact towards our product position in the market, establish plan and strategy to avoid any business restriction or product liabilities due to non-compliance.2) Product Design & DevelopmentResponsible to plan and execute product development and improvement initiatives for identified products by conducting periodic analysis on product benefits and advantage whilst benchmarking with equivalent competitors to ensure relevancy and competitiveness of products in market for business sustainability.3) Product Communication & AdvocacyCommunicate and advice internal & external stakeholders (e.g. authority, trade associates, customers, public) on necessary product safety and technical information using appropriate channel and method of communication to meet relevant regulatory requirement, responds to inquiries and resolve product disputes.4) Product Safety & SustainabilityPrioritize and execute identified safety & sustainability initiatives in accordance to PRefChem Sustainability Agenda by incorporating sustainability elements that are beyond compliance at matured product design and development phases.

1) Manage AQ-Polymer plant operation day-to-day and perform necessary troubleshooting, offers solution, corrective and preventive action.2) Assigned as competent person for Certified Environmental Professional in Scrubber Operation (CePSO). 3) Lead plant trial as part of product development and conduct customer complaint investigation as necessary.4) Assigned for the implementation of product safety according to NSF food contact.5) Responsible to perform necessary CAPEX projects and engineering modification.6) Responsible to carry out continual plant optimization involving quality improvement, OPEX reduction, maximizing operation capacity and process safety improvements.7) Focal person for the implementation of IATF 16949 under area owner - assigned to maintain automotive core tools for external audit such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA.8) Assigned to ensure the implementation of ISO19001, ISO 45001, and ISO14001- involved as area owner in reviewing and conducting awareness regarding SDS, HIRADC, HIROADC and EAI assessment.9) Perform monthly and annually planning with various stakeholders to meet customer' demand.10) Responsible to conduct necessary reporting and budgeting of polymer plant operation to the top management in monthly, quarterly and annually basis.

-Maintain daily plant operation (non-AQ Polymer Plant) and respond to the operational upset and plant emergencies and make necessary process adjustment and shutdown action.-Coordinate equipment preparation for maintenance in affective manner conforming to SHE requirements.-Perform plant start-up, shutdown and turnaround activities.

Reserve Officer Training Unit (ROTU) is one of the co-curriculums activities that created only by public higher education institutions in Malaysia. The main objective of the establishment ROTU is to provide highly skilled and qualified personnel for conducting the reserve team of the Malaysian Army. Thus, through the exercises performed. The ROTU’s activities was encouraging developments in the aspect of leadership, mental toughness, self-confidence and a spirit of cooperation that can be applied in the future job surroundings.
