• To assist in the operation of a computer lab by providing ongoing assistance to students and teacher; and to perform a variety of tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility• Monitor activities and behavior of students during computer laboratories to ensure the physical and environmental safekeeping of students, as well as adherence to appropriate conduct and disciplinary controls• To assist teachers to setup, test and ensure ICT lab is competence for ICT External and Internal online exam• Maintain laboratory hardware, software, and text materials and ensures proper security; coordinates schedules of students in conjunction with teachers• Co-ordinate the auditing, logging and distribution of cameras and video cameras and digital devices such as iPads across the secondary school• Support the Head of ICT in the implementation of moodle and google department-related resources• Provide day-to-day ICT support including maintaining, installing and supporting the use of computer equipment and peripherals for curriculum and administrative use within the department• Set, maintain and support student login, email, VLE and maintain up-to-date login details onto the school system• Check the operation of the school systems and report any equipment in need of repair or upgrade• Maintain, record and ensure all ICT Equipment is in good condition, charged and all in/out of ICT Asset is properly recorded• Ensure up to date and optimized use of ICT hardware, applications and peripherals used by the department• Ensure the ICT systems and policies used by pupils and staff according to the requirements defined by the Head of ICT Faculty• Liaise with external contractor/or equipment suppliers in the event of technical issues which require specialist support where necessary• Employ safe working practices and to comply with the relevant Health and Safety regulations

• Responsible for assembling raw material into a finished product suitable for broadcasting.• The material may consist of raw camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects. • Oversee multiple video productions simultaneously, from beginning to end.• Manage post-production editing of video content for all courses.• Maintain video-production equipment (e.g., cameras and microphones).• Mentor and coach more junior members of the team to help develop their post-production skills.
